The Educational Leadership Awards are powered by PiXL but operate with their own independent identity, their own judging process, and their own standards. PiXL membership is not required and confers no advantage.
PiXL provides the infrastructure, the network, and the mission-driven commitment that makes the awards possible. The awards give the wider UK education community, PiXL members and non-members alike, a shared stage.
